Tips for a healthy summer
Eat fewer fatty  foods and eat more fruit and vegetables. This is the tip offered by nutritionists for a healthy summer
Summer is all about the beach and swimming pools and vacations . However, as well as the good stuff, summer raises  a few challenges for our health. The days are hotter and our body loses fluids  and mineral salts  more easily. You need to replenish  these liquids. Nutritionists recommend eating lighter foods, like fruit and vegetables, and - of course - taking on plenty  of fluids. Besides being refreshing, these foods provide us with a good dose of vitamins, minerals and fiber . In addition, nutritionists recommend moderate consumption of heavier food, such as stew  and fried  food. Another tip offered by nutritionists is to swap  soft drinks  for fruit juice.
